The Banff Springs Hotel and its events manager Sarah Sinclair have been named as finalists in two prestigious wedding industry awards. The hotel has been nominated in the venue of the year category and Sarah is a finalist in coordinator of the year in The Top Tier Awards. They are also finalists in the same categories in the Scottish Wedding Awards. Only brides and grooms who married in the north of Scotland throughout 2023 are qualified to vote.

As a wedding DJ, Working with Sarah and her team at the Banff Springs has been an incredible experience. Sarah's leadership is remarkable, evident in the respect her staff holds for her. The way she runs a tight ship and maintains professionalism is unparalleled. Communication for the wedding, even during a Covid wedding with tight restrictions, was seamless. Sarah's adherence to guidelines was commendable. Notably, she is the only coordinator in the north of Scotland who executes a grand march

We have a wedding band called The Big Show and have known Sarah for over ten years at The Banff Springs Hotel. Firstly in her restaurant role and then in her current position as wedding and events coordinator. Which is the perfect role in my opinion for her. Sarah has a very special friendly natural manner towards people which is something you can never learn. Her couples, colleges and fellow suppliers also have such a huge trust in her. Nothing is ever a problem to her.

Exceptional Experience

We had the best experience we spent Hogmanay here our room was amazing Immaculate. The staff were so friendly never experienced such professional service and we’ve been to a lot of hotels the food was of an excellent standard the band was great the views are incredible highly recommend a visit here totally flawless x
