We held our Wedding on 17th January . We had such a wonderful day everything went totally to plan. I cannot thank Jasmine enough for all her help and support with helping us to organise our big day . She also was around on the day to ensure all went smoothly , which it did. What really made our day extra special was they accept dogs so we were lucky enough to be able to have our little boy a Shi Shu called Monty as our ring bearer he was also allowed to stay throughout the whole day and evening and could also stay the night in our room. We would really recommend if you are planning your Wedding in the Yateley area go along and see the hotel and make enquiries and have a chat with Jasmine. We had a fairly small number 55 a few of our guests had special eating requests which the chef accommodated and everyone was happy with their choices. Finally I would also like to thank all the staff that were working last Friday and a special thanks to Cara and Bobby. So to sum up our day wonderful happy lovely. If anyone is reading this who were there may we just say a massive thankyou for being part of our truly wonderful day especially our very special families. Finally Jasmine you were a star Thankyou.

1st Birthday Tea Party
A huge thank you to Jasmine at The Casa Hotel for helping me create the most perfect Afternoon Tea Party for my daughters 1st birthday. Organising the party was really enjoyable and completely stress free, nothing was to much to ask. Jasmine created us the perfect party playlist & a wonderful slideshow of our daughters 1st year. On the day we had a fantastic waiter who was on hand to top up tea, coffee and refreshments. We never ran out & he couldn’t have been more attentive. We hired a soft play for the smaller children & the venue allowed us to borrow some of their garden games for the older children, whilst the adults enjoyed the afternoon tea buffet, It was the perfect combination. A can’t recommend the venue and Jasmine as an event organiser enough. Thank you!

Surprise Party
Staff was friendly and welcoming. Staff was very helpful and polite. Room was lovely and clean. Was surprised we had ironing board and iron in room. Heating in room was not on but the put feet on floor and found out it was warm. Breakfast was included in room price,which was very good. I only have to two things which could improve. The shower in our room could have had more power as it was not the best. Also could do with little fridge so you could put bottled water in as I like to have cold drink in the night. I would stay here again. IT A LOVELY HIDDEN LITTLE GEM. You should be so proud of you staff.

Lovely staff and food
I have eaten at this restaurant a couple of times and the food and service received never fails to impress. So far i have tried whitebait and butternut squash soup and for mains the shepherds pie and a Rump steak. I have seen people have the burgers and they are huge! The head waiter is a delight and to be honest all of the staff here are really friendly and make you feel at home. I will be returning in the near future!

Excellent service from start to finish
We had a surprise party booked here at the weekend and from the minute I contacted them to arrange it to the weekend itself I could have been happier with the service I received. Jasmine the event coordinator was amazing, she went above and beyond after a few last minute hiccups to ensure that everything went smoothly. The restaurant was lovely, the food which we had pre ordered as it was a large event was absolutely beautiful, the staff serving were friendly, accommodating and went out of their way to ensure we had a great night. The bar staff were good fun and we gave them a lot of work to do that night as we were a fairly big party of people from all over the UK who were up for a a long night of partying! We had hotel rooms booked for some of the guests and all of the rooms were fine, special requirements catered for where needed and the same staff that greeted us were there on checkout. Overall this was a great place to have a party, we'd never been there before and are looking forward to returning for a more sedate dinner in the near future. The staff make this place what it is, can't fault them

Describe the best wedding that happened at your venue?

Mr and Mrs Boas had a Charlie and the Chocolate Factory themed wedding and it was incredible. The colours of the sashes as well as Mr Boas's suit were Cadburys Purple. They had a bubble machine as their guests walked into the reception room, which added to the magic. We still get comments on how amazing it all looked when guests look through our photobook.

What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?

You can never ask enough questions. Wether you have questions about decoration, food or timings, i want to hear all about them. I'd much rather put any worries you have at bay from the get go.

What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?

One of our couples earlier this year LOVED rugby, so instead of having a guest book for their guests to sign they had rugby balls. Which I have since heard take pride of place in the living room.

Where’s the best photo spot at your venue?

Our manicured lawn is the ideal spot to get all of your friends and family together. Your photographer can stand on our garden room roof (sensibly) and snap a shot of you all. You can see some of these group shots in our gallery.

What’s your favourite canapé?

Warm Shepherds Pie Tartlet, it reminds me of home.

What is your venue's most unique feature?

We have newly installed lighting covering our ballroom. The blubs are completely customisable so we can match your colour theme perfectly. This goes down a treat once the DJ or Live band start playing. You can turn your usual white lights into a beautiful blue tone, or hot pink, honestly any colour you like from pastels to bolds.
