the staff could not have been more helpful
From start to finish of our weekend stay for the wedding the staff could not have been more helpful. The room was clean and tidy and as we were getting ready when they came to clean they were more then happy to come back at a later time. The food at the wedding was amazing and very good portions. The breakfast had good quality ingredients and was cooked to order. On our last morning, we had overslept due to a late night and had missed the breakfast. "We will make you up a sandwich to takeaway" was the response fro the very helpful restaurant manager, who by co-incidence had been on duty the previous night at the wedding. Such a helpful and calm member of staff. I will be back with friends to sample the spa.

The staff were fabulous
We were guests at a wedding on the 5th October 2019. Firstly what a stunning room, balloons on every table and a huge ring behind the top table. The staff were fabulous, special mention to Charlie, Nathan and Claire who were helpful to all. Well done to all.

We couldn’t have wished for a better day.
We got married last year at the Dartmouth hotel and we’re lucky enough to have Charlotte working on our wedding day! She went above and beyond to help us and our wedding party have the perfect day. She calmed my nerves when driving me round in the golf buggy to have our wedding photos taken and she was really good at communicating with us about the timings for the evening and really put us at ease.
The food was amazing, just what we wanted for a laid back and informal day. All the staff we met were really friendly and we couldn’t have wished for a better day.

The venue itself is in a beautiful location
When it comes to organising a fantastic wedding, at very short notice, Dartmouth Golf & Country Club is the place to do it! The venue itself is in a beautiful location and with the hotel has all the facilities you need for your guests, with great food to match (everyone commented on the high quality of the 'Wedding Breakfast') But more than that, Keith and the team were so helpful with arranging our day - making it very personal and memorable for us and our guests. thanks to everyone there for a great few days

Many, many thanks for helping to ensure that our wedding day was such an enjoyable event. I’m quite sure you booked the lovely weather too!! The rest of the UK was getting soaked and we stayed dry – excellent!!
We held our Civil Ceremony at the Dartmouth Golf & Country Club, had a wedding blessing in Dittisham church, followed by a Reception and evening dance at the Golf Club.
We very much enjoyed the whole day and it all went very smoothly. The staff were very kind and attentive throughout our stay.
Our guests have also made comments about how comfortable the accommodation was and how good the food was, so many thanks to your team as well. Our guest who only drinks beer was delighted to have a steady supply of beer at the table and the local villagers commented at how welcome they had been made to feel when they arrived!!
