Buffini Chao Deck is a stunning events venue located on the roof of the iconic National Theatre. Offering breathtaking panoramic views across London, The Buffini Chao Deck combines a riverside outdoor terrace with a large flexible event space. The building is wrapped in glazed panels which can be retracted on warmer days, so the uninterrupted view is preserved no matter the weather. Every detail is yours to define and our dedicated wedding venue hire team will be on hand before and during your big day to bring your dream city wedding to life, making it an experience that you and your guests will remember forever. Your wedding will benefit from state-of-the-art lighting and AV which has been specially designed and installed by the National Theatre’s Sound and Lighting departments, allowing you to tailor the atmosphere, from intimate low lighting to a vibrant party. The Buffini Chao Deck is licensed for weddings, with London’s skyline and the Thames riverscape providing the perfect setting to say ‘I do’. The space is able to cater for up to 100 people for a seated ceremony followed by dinner and dancing. We can host up to 200 standing guests.
