Ask a question
Describe the best wedding that happened at your venue?
So many - so different. They are all unique. Perhaps the best ones are the most relaxed ones where couples are happy just to enjoy the day with their family & friends.
What’s your #1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Tell us what your dreams are and then relax & enjoy it!
What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?
A basket of flip-flops for tired feet to dance in!
Describe your venue in 5 adjectives.
Rustic, rural, romantic, relaxed, private
Where’s the best photo spot at your venue?
On the bridges down at the lakes
Have you had any celebrity guest or wedding at your venue?
Yes - Dawn French was our most recent one this year!
What’s your favourite canapé?
Mini brioche buns filled with pulled pork....yum!
What’s your favourite midnight treat?
Sitting by the fire!
What is your venue's most unique feature?
As barns go, we are unusually large and spacious and the two interconnecting barns allow one part of the party to dance the night away and the others still be able to hold a conversation without feeling that they are separate groups.
What part of your business are you most proud of?
Our staff - guests time and time again comment on how attentive, polite, courteous and flexible they are and they go the extra mile to make your day really special.
