With over 2 decades of experience of looking after weddings at The Kingswood Hotel, we know the importance of building a warm but professional relationship with the bride & groom and their families. We are here to help you and advise you in order that you can all relax and enjoy the big day itself. All weddings are different, and we understand the need to be flexible towards your needs whilst paying close attention to every detail. From the initial arranged viewing to the wedding day itself every attempt is made to ensure that you will meet the same coordinator on each of your visits
The Kingswood Hotel is set in 2 acres of established gardens and woodland and enjoys stunning panoramic sea views across the Firth of Forth to Edinburgh. Situated on the coast between Burntisland and Kinghorn with Kirkcaldy and Aberdour less than 5 miles and Glenrothes, Dunfermline, Lochgelly, Cowdenbeath and Rosyth all within half an hours drive, the hotel is the ideal setting and location for both Ceremony and Reception on your special day.
Our Alexander Suite has a formal dining seating capacity of up to 100 and a total capacity of 200 for an evening reception allowing your guests plenty of space to enjoy your day. In the summer months they can even have the opportunity for a relaxing stroll in our sheltered secret garden. You may also choose to take over more of the hotel for that ‘exclusive’ feeling
For more intimate occasions the Canmore Suite & Conservatory is an idyllic venue.
If required Canapés may be served to your guests whilst the photographs are being taken. Various menu options are available or we would be pleased to quote if you have a specific menu choice in mind.
