Preferred Supplier List

Describe the best wedding that happened at your venue?

All our weddings are unique, and they all stand our for different reasons. I love seeing how each couple add their personal touches to the venue, or include something that means something to them. No one wedding is the same as another.

What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?

Remember that above all this is about you and your fiance and no one else. So have the day that you both want, and not what everyone else wants you to have

What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?

Probably too many to list, but simple things such as adapting the menu to what they ate on their engagement night or favourite place. Having a chalkboard photo backdrop with their favourite movie quotes, and for a Christmas wedding a bauble on the tree for each guest including those who couldn't be there.

Describe your venue in 5 adjectives.

Historic, Elegant, Unique, Architectural, Exclusive

Where’s the best photo spot at your venue?

The secret garden with St Marys church in the background, or the Grade II main staircase

What’s your favourite canapé?

Cotswold Gin & grapefruit jelly shots or mini champagne battered fish & chip cones

What’s your favourite midnight treat?

Cheese platters are always a great evening reception treat

What is your venue's most unique feature?

The 15th century dungeon, and the octagonal courtrooms
