We would just like to express how happy we were with everything you and the staff did at the Roman Way Hotel to make our wedding day as perfect as it was! As soon as we checked in at reception we were greeted with a smile and nothing was too much trouble. On the day of our wedding the ceremony room was set up perfectly, and the guidance that you and your staff gave after the ceremony moving in to the wedding breakfast was fantastic! Everyone complimented on how comfortable the room was and how beautiful the food was presented and the fact that it was sooooo nice!!! the house DJ kept us entertained all night and the staff made sure that everyone was looked after. The bedrooms were very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable and breakfast did not disappoint!! From the Bottom of our hearts Thank You!!! Claire and Jamie Marklew

Describe the best wedding that happened at your venue?

This is the most difficult question as they have all been special in their own unique way.

What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?

Before attending any appointment with any of your wedding suppliers, make a note of all the questions that you wish to ask, going in to a meeting can be so overwhelming and its so easy to forget things, I always tell the bride to get themselves a wedding planning notebook!

What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?

Music! It is hard to please everyone, one of our brides sent out their wedding invites and asked each guest to RSVP with 3 of their favourite songs so that they could forward them to the DJ before the big day, the DJ was then able to create a playlist combining all of the guests favourite music, the dance floor was full all night! We could even hear guests throughout the night saying this was my choice!
