Hi Sarah We just wanted to take this opportunity to express our thanks and gratitude for everything you did for us in the lead up to our Reception and for what was an absolutely amazing night for us both and you and your staff played a huge part in making it so too!! Please our thanks onto them also. Sadly we didn't even see any of the food due to being too busy with guests but by all accounts it was amazing and very well presented. Dear Lynsey, Louis and I can't thank you and The Wherry enough for everything you all did to make our wedding day the best it possible could be. Although our day was just under 3 years in the planning we have had countless amounts of changes especially in these last 6 months. But you and your team have kept us calm and panic free. Saturday 26th September went without a hitch, except for a slight button catastrophe! Everything was so wonderful and even more relaxing than expected. The room itself was so bright and airy and even with the social distancing/bubbles looked really well laid out. Everyone could see and hear what was going on throughout the ceremony. And lasted longer than I thought. Although short it was beautiful and couldn't fault it at all. I was worried it would be so short that we would wonder why we were going through the hassle but do you know what it was so much better than we thought and we wouldn't change a thing. The Wherry did everything they could to make our day as perfect as possible with the restrictions that were in place. Now what can I say about the day? After much delibration we decided to bring our postponed wedding forward, May 2nd to November 7th then to September 12th. Best decision ever! We knew what we booked we were going to get. We could get excited and we did. All the things we had to do to keep everyone safe fitted in and did not seem like an issue that you might think. Was a little weird seeing everyone so spaced out in ceremony but to be honest my eyes were mainly on my groom so didn’t even pay that much attention to the fact everyone were wearing the masks I made. Yes the ceremony was shorter but did not seem less special. We got married and I got to kiss my HUSBAND! The staff were AMAZING! They set everything up so well and better than I imagined, the meals were incredible. We had such a special day with those that we truly love. I am also looking forward to having my 40th birthday party/reception there next year. Best excuse to wear my stunning dress again! Mr and Mrs Nicholls

Just a quick email to say a massive thank you to you and your staff for hosting our BBC Children in Need Tea Party yesterday. For us, it was great and really important to be up in your part of the county – somewhere we don’t get to too often. Working with you and your staff has been an absolute delight – nothing has been too much trouble, you’ve been so accommodating, and your staff on the ground serving the tea etc. should be commended for their good nature, attitude, and attention to detail – perfect for what we needed. We haven’t totted up the exact total of how much we raised, but it’s over £1000! Big thank you once again and I hope we gave you some valuable publicity. With very best wishes, Johnnie
