Prices Start At
£950
Our initial cost for wedding hire is £950. This includes a technician, staff, use of the theatre and bar and our in-house PA and lighting rig. This allows you access to the theatre between 5pm and midnight. Any additional hours outside of those times are charged at £100 per hour.
Everything else - special lighting, chair covers, buffet etc. - will need to be hired in and costs for these vary depending on the company.

The Y Theatre Full Description
Create your ideal event against the backdrop of Leicester’s oldest surviving theatre. The Y Theatre is a striking and affordable venue, where our friendly staff can assist you with the finer details such as food, entertainment and dressing.
The theatre can accommodate 120 guests for a sit down meal plus a top table on stage. There is an option to transform the space into a dance floor. The bar also gives your guests a second room in which to relax.
