Overall the experience was excellent and stress-free. Pauline was helpful during the whole process, having all the answers, guidance, and suggestions, and made it all feel very easy! Communication was excellent. Pauline was clear on task deadlines and who needed to arrange it. Olivia showed us around initially and did a great job at answering any questions. The venue is excellent, and scenic, looking fantastic in the the day and at night when lit up. Use Waterton!

Both myself and Matt just wanted to say a huge thank you to Pauline, Emily and Chris, and all of the supporting staff too, for all of your support on our Wedding Day (1.4.24) and a particularly big thank you to Pauline for helping us organise and run the day so smoothly. We are forever grateful we booked our wedding at the Waterton and had such an amazing team supporting us. We're sorry we didn't get to say goodbye but hope you got a cupcake! From start to finish we couldn’t fault the service provided by Pauline and her team colleagues. Nothing was too much trouble and what a venue Waterton is….simply stunning. The food was delicious as our guests were only too happy to point out. Our room was wonderful and the lovely touch of gifting a teddy bear was greatly appreciated. As the song goes, simply the best….better than all the rest.

Pauline and her team looked after us from the very start to the very end of our experience. The team took care of every aspect of our day with no fuss and made it a relaxed and enjoyable day for us both. Big thank you to Pauline and her team for such a wonderful day.

The Waterton Park Hotel Wedding team were absolutely fantastic, our magical day ran so smoothly with amazing support throughout. From helping with planning to coordinating on the day we were very well taken care of by the team, from being helped with vendors, to helping us on the weekend/day. The venue is even more beautiful in person and the friendly bubbly team added that extra factor! for our day which was perfect.

From start to finish Pauline and Olivia have been at hand if I had any questions for my big day at Waterton Park, however small, nothing was an issue. They were there with me throughout the day and did a lovely handover for the person that will be looking after us for the wedding breakfast and then for the reception. The whole staff at Waterton were truly lovely and their customer service is 5 stars! The food was amazing and they made our day so magical.
