Included in the venue hire cost is exclusive access to the tipis within the grounds and gardens of Whatton House across 3 days. Inside the tipi, we provide you with magical fairy lights and a chill out area filled with sofas and a cosy firepit. Our designated bar team, Shake the Spirit, will provide a full stocked and staffed bar for you and your guests to enjoy throughout the day.

Our Tipi Venue, located in the depths of our incredible English garden, is a beautiful setting for a wedding breakfast and evening party. The stunning grounds will be exclusively yours on your wedding day and, because we want you to feel completely at home, our experienced team will be on hand to work with you and explore your ideas and dreams, helping to turn them into your reality. We hold a Ceremony License for The Bark House, located in the grounds of Whatton House, we can also offer you some wonderful alternatives for a traditional church wedding the beautiful All Saints Church in Long Whatton - it's only a mile and a half down the road.

The most incredible day!

Thank you so much! We had the most incredible day. The venue was perfect and the torrential rain actually added to its cosiness. Everyone we spoke to said how unique and beautiful the tipi was. Alex from Shake the Spirit was absolutely wicked and such a great guy who looked after us all night with a fab sense of humour. It was everything we could have dreamed of and we even got 20 minutes of pics outside when the rain stopped!

Whatton House and Gardens was the only wedding venue I looked at. I knew after seeing it once that I couldn’t get married anywhere else. It is absolutely stunning, with little décor needed due to its natural and rustic feel. It is the perfect relaxed atmosphere. The team was so helpful and made sure the day ran perfectly.
