We got married at this Venue in May, on the same day as the royal wedding. Leading up to our wedding we couldn't have faulted our experience, myself and the wedding planner planned everything out to a T of what I wanted. On the day there was another wedding before ours, myself and my husband felt that the other wedding was prioritied over our. We booked the windmill suite for our wedding, tho everything was planned out they switched the plans around on the day without consulting me. I was only made aware of these changes when it was too late.
The weather on the day couldn't of been better, the sun was shining and because of this we had the hog roast served out on the balcony for everyone. We wanted a relaxed approach to our wedding, with the balcony and the stunning views we couldnt of wished for a better venue.
As we brought in most of our stuff for decorating the venue and balcony, after the wedding had finished the staff packed all the decorations for us. Only the following day when we went to finish packing everything up and taking them away were we made aware that half of our stuff had gone missing. The staff weren't interested in responding to my questions and even when I contacted the wedding planner of the venue, my emails were ignored.
On the lead up to the wedding we couldn't of wished dealing with a better venue but the minor issues, left us questioning the trust we had in the venue.
