With Polka Dot Productions you will get a friendly, professional and creative experience from our first pre-wedding meeting to delivery of your film. I will keep you informed at all stages, make sure you feel relaxed and at ease on the big day itself. And to be honest, on the wedding day, you will hardly notice me there! I try not to get in your way and will work as un-obtrusively as possible. Documenting your day in a kind of 'fly on the wall' style. I will capture moments and details from your day as they happen, naturally. I prefer to keep things as relaxed and natural as possible and i'm always looking out for the fun parts to capture! Wedding days are full of love, fun and happiness! These emotions need to be captured to watch back in the years to come. I am here to document this and lovingly produce a film for you that shows those feeling off in the best possible way. We can also offer aerial videography as an add on to your package to create a powerful impact to your wedding film! We can also provide you with additional camera operators or add more filming hours on the day should you require it. Afterwards you will receive a professionally edited wedding film on a lovely wooden USB that will reflect the atmosphere of your day and be completely unique to you. You will have this to treasure and to take you back there, stirring those feelings, time after time. Just imagine showing the grandchildren in the future, how amazing will that be?!

Be the first one to tell everyone about the experience you’ve had with this supplier.
What is your most memorable wedding?
The one where the bride rode her horse bare back in her wedding dress!
Describe your style in 5 adjectives.
creative, relaxed, natural, discreet and fun!
What about your business are you most proud of?
Giving people memories that they can keep and re-visit for years later and capturing the little moments that may have otherwise got missed. Adding personality and creativity to my work.
What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Hire a professional videographer
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
Hand made bunting and felt flowers. But I do love all the signs and decorations that usually go with any DIY wedding.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
We meet face to face or have a video call. We chat about their day and the timings and get to know one another. Then if they decide they'd like to book me I ask them to complete a booking form and to pay a holding deposit. The date is then secured! We continue to keep in touch in the run up to the wedding date and I am always on hand to help or answer any questions before the big day, The couple then receive their finished films approx 3-4 months after the wedding.
What is the most exciting thing you have caught on camera?
I think I would have to say the bride riding her horse bare back again to be honest!
Describe how you got into videography.
I have always loved anything artist or creative and trained at art & design college and university. My husband is a wedding photographer and I got into the videography side of things after helping him in his business in 2007. I loved the process of filming and creating a film and the more indepth nature of it compared to photography. I also love how creative i can be and produce a piece of work that means so much to people.
